📝 Oxbridge Software Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By registering as an affiliate of Oxbridge Software (“we,” “our,” or “Oxbridge”), you agree to the following terms and conditions governing participation in the Oxbridge Software Affiliate Program (“the Program”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Stripe account to receive payouts. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

2. Affiliate Commissions

  • Affiliates will earn 20% commission on all qualifying sales referred via their unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions apply to monthly recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated.

  • No commission will be paid on refunded or fraudulent transactions.

3. Ethical Promotion

Affiliates agree to promote Oxbridge Software in an honest, transparent, and ethical manner. Misleading claims, spam tactics, or misrepresentation of the products or services will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe to the affiliate’s nominated account.

  • A minimum payout threshold of AUD $50 applies.

  • Payments are made on or around the 15th of each month, covering the previous calendar month’s earnings.

  • All taxes or financial reporting responsibilities lie with the affiliate.

5. Cancellations

  • Affiliates may cancel participation at any time with 4 weeks’ written notice to support@oxbridge.com.au.

  • Oxbridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any unethical activity.

6. Use of Branding

Affiliates may use Oxbridge Software’s name, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting approved products. Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized claims are strictly prohibited.

7. Program Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or through the affiliate portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oxbridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By joining the Oxbridge Software Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
